The goal of the project:
To raise awareness about the use of rational antibiotics in adults who live in Turkey and who migrate from Turkey to Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden, contribute to antibiotic resistance and prevent unnecessary drug spending.

Project Activities:
- Focus group discussions and in-depth interviews on the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of the target group on the use of antibiotics and their approach to rational antibiotic treatment
- Development of knowledge-based and culturally appropriate Information, Education and Communication materials (Turkish, German, English, Swedish, Dutch brochures, handbooks, posters and internet contents, TV spot for national TV channels broadcasting to immigrants in Europe Preparation of information materials for the preparation of visual and hearing impairment)
- Training modules development and training for service providers and beneficiaries.

Expected Results:
- Raising awareness of rational antibiotic use
 - Increasing the capacity of health workers
- Production of quality materials for informing the public
- Preparing joint working ground for social responsibility
