Guaranteeing social security rights of individuals is a principle of being social state. Today, having healthy individuals and maintenance of that are accepted as an important indicator in the respect of economic development.

We deliver service through a nationwide network of office in a wide range of services, covering nearly each citizen and foreign workers in Turkey and 28 bilateral international agreements have been concluded.

In a very short time, institutional structure, founded by Law no: 5502, was became functional; central and provincial organizations which perform the social security services to all individuals in equal coverage and quality were established; several legislations that differ in insurance types of employees were combined; secondary legislation were completed; bureaucracy was decreased, and speed and quality of performed services to citizens were increased with those innovations.

For the next periods, the Social Security Institution aims to maintain the social security system where all citizens are content for services provided and which is financially sustainable, embracing entire population, struggling with undeclared work. Those goals have been achieved by working devotedly and faithfully with approximately 28.000 personnel as a great family.
